Hamzah Academy: Session Transfer Policy

The fee paid by the student is only transferable to the next session as per the following policy:

If the program or course has been canceled by the Academy for a session
Full (100%) fee transfer up to the 7th day after the commencement of the session.
Half (50%) fee transfer within three weeks after the commencement of the session.
No fee will be transferred after two months of the commencement of the session.
Crash Course and combo course Fee is non-transferable
fee can not be transferred to another student, only the student can utilize that for himself/herself
Special cases such as death, pregnancy, swear illness, exam cancellation by ACCA, etc. can be considered on an individual case-to-case basis
Wherever the transfer will be allowed it will be valid for the immediate next session only and will not be further transferable or refundable
